Do you cover manufacturer defects?Updated a year ago

We inspect all items we sell before we sell them. However, there are some cases where after some use, a manufacturer defect arises with a piece of gear. Should this happen, we recommend that you contact the manufacturer of the item to find out what to do. Under most circumstances, manufacturer defects are not covered by Out&Back and any warranty claim will have to go through the manufacturer subject to their specific policies.
