Out&Back's condition grades keep it simple and straightforward so you know the exact condition of a product.

New

This item has never been worn and will come with its original hang tags.

Pristine

This is an unused item where the protective wrap and/or hang tags may have been removed, yet this item is still new. Most of these items come to us through our national retailer network and stem from customer returns at those retailer locations.  

Excellent

This is used but will have no real visible signs of wear and tear.

Good

This item has minor blemishes and aesthetic issues but no functional issues.

Worn

This item may have more obvious aesthetic issues, like a tear that needs to be fixed, but still functions as it was designed.
