We offer free returns for eligible items according to our return policy, except skis, snowboards, trekking/ski poles, bikes, kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, grills, racks, camp furniture, coolers and strollers which will incur a return shipping fee. 

The total amount for return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Any shipping fees incurred for initial delivery are also not refunded on returned items.

We do not accept returns of any kind on assembled bikes.
