How do I track my order?Updated 23 days ago

Once your gear has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email used to submit your original order. 

To check your order tracking, you can select the "track my order" section of our chat widget anywhere on our website or click here and enter your:

1. Order number

2. Email used to purchase the order

This will let you know the tracking number from the shipping provider to allow you to follow your package to your doorstep!

No tracking information yet?

It generally takes us 2-3 business days from order placement to order shipment. A tracking number is not provided until order shipment, so please allow 2-3 business days for shipment and a tracking number to be provided.

Pro Tips: if you haven't received your shipping confirmation:

1. We advise you to check your spam folder as it can sometimes sneak into that unruly inbox.

2. If you've purchased gear through Instagram, Meta (Facebook), or the Shop app you may have a different email connected to those accounts which would have received the confirmation email. Make sure to check any inbox's attached to those accounts as well!
