Does Out&Back offer in-person pickup?

Yes, we offer in-person pickup at our headquarters located in Denver, Colorado! Our pick-up warehouse is located at 3869 Steele St Unit 1163, Denver, CO 80205 and is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Note that exceptions may apply on holidays or in cases where our office is closed due to inclement weather or other uncontrollable circumstances.

Do I have to pay to pickup in person?

Nope! As long as you're in Denver and are able to swing by our office during a pre-determined date/time with our team, we don't charge a fee. In fact, picking up larger items or gear can save on shipping cost!

How do I choose an in-person pickup option

During checkout, when selecting shipping method, choose "In-Person Pickup". Once your order is received by our team, we'll let you know when your order is ready for pickup.

What do I need to pickup my order?

Upon arrival at our warehouse, please proceed to our office and inform our team of your order by presenting your name along with a photo ID. Additionally, you may be required to provide evidence of your order confirmation.

How long do I have to pickup my order?

Pickup orders must be collected within 10 business days from the notification of readiness. Failure to pick up the order within this timeframe will result in cancellation, and the item will be restocked and made available for purchase again.

What if I want someone else to pickup my order?

No problem! Just email our support team at [email protected] from the email address used to place the order with the name of the person you'd like to pick up your order. We'll check their ID when they arrive to our warehouse.

To ensure order pickup security, we don't allow for orders to be picked up by a different name than the name listed on the order placement information without the above steps being followed
