Can I change my order?

Due to the quick turnaround of our fulfillment center, orders submitted online often cannot be changed once they have been placed. 

However, if the request can be actioned in the beginning stages of order fulfillment, we may be able to:

  • Cancel an order
  • Update the shipping address
  • Remove an item from an order
  • Apply a valid discount code

Changing a size or color on an order after it has been placed may not be possible and is often better resolved by requesting to cancel the original order and placing a new order for the correct item.

And as always, if upon receiving your gear you still don't love it, you are welcome to return it as long as it adheres to our return policy.




Can I cancel my order?

We'll absolutely do our best to cancel your order if you request it, but cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been placed.

If upon receiving your gear you still don't love it, you are welcome to return it as long as it adheres to our return policy.
