What is your return policy?
We understand that sometimes you just don't fall in love with every piece of gear you buy. That's why we offer thirty (30) day returns on most items! Check out our full return policy here.
Outbound shipping cost is not refunded for a return.
Do I have to pay for returns?
Free returns with checkout+: Customers who opt in to checkout plus at checkout are eligible for free return shipping on approved returns within the return window.
Customers who do not opt in to checkout plus may still return eligible items, but return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
The following oversized items will incur a return shipping fee, even if checkout+ was selected: skis, snowboards, bikes, kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, coolers, grills, racks, camp furniture & strollers.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally are not eligible for return.
How do I return gear?
Returns can be initiated online by visiting our Returns page. Simply submit your return request and we'll get back to you in 1-2 business days with a response!
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds for gear eligible for returns according to our return policy will be issued to the original form of payment.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
After Out&Back has processed the refund, you should anticipate seeing the funds returned to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days. Please be aware that this timeline may vary depending on your issuer bank.
Can I return gear I purchased from an in-person event?
Gear purchased from Out&Back at one of our in-person events is final sale, no gear can be returned from these events.
What if something is wrong with my order upon arrival?
All products are thoroughly inspected before shipment, however if upon delivery, you find an issue or defect with the item that was not listed, please contact our team for further assistance.
Does gear sold on Out&Back have a warranty?
All products listed on Out&Back Outdoor are sold as is and without warranty. We'd recommend contacting the manufacturer to see if they are willing to honor any defects at their own discretion.
