We understand that sometimes you just don't fall in love with every piece of gear you buy. That's why we offer thirty (30) day returns on most items, excluding the following:
- Clearance and/or final sale items
- Life vests
- Assembled bikes
- Used climbing gear and/or climbing gear without its original packaging/tags in tact
- Orders placed from Alaska or Hawaii or orders placed internationally.
We offer free returns for eligible items according to our return policy, except skis, snowboards, trekking/ski poles, bikes, kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, grills, racks, camp furniture, coolers and strollers which will incur a return shipping fee. We do not accept returns of any kind on assembled bikes.
Gear must be returned in same condition as it was received and may not have sustained new damage or wear-and-tear.
If returned gear shows signs of new damage or wear and tear, a partial refund will be issued. The refund amount will be reduced based on the extent of the damage.
If your order was charged shipping on initial delivery, these charges are not eligible for a refund on returned items.
