Where does Out&Back Outdoor Ship to?
We currently ship within the United States, Mexico and Canada. Please check our foreign shipping help center page here before purchasing from Mexico or Canada.
We hope to expand our shipping locations in the near future, so we encourage our international customers to join our newsletter for updates!
How long does it take to receive my order?
After your order is placed, there is a short processing window for our team to ensure your gear is ready for it's next big adventure. All gear is shipped via USPS, UPS or Fedex and typically ships within three business days and arrives within 2 to 10 business days, depending on the chosen shipping option selected at checkout.
This is an estimated timeframe and may vary based on weather, final destination and/or additional carrier guidelines. Tracking details will be shared once your gear is shipped.
How do I track my order?
Once your gear has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email used to submit your original order. Follow these easy steps to find your tracking!
Tip: if you haven't received your shipping confirmation, we advise you to check your spam folder as it can sometimes sneak into that unruly inbox.
Do you offer free shipping?
Enjoy complimentary (economy) shipping within the contiguous United States for select items valued over $100, excluding taxes. There are large item shipping surcharges which will be calculated at our checkout before you purchase!

I never received my shipped order, what should I do?
Firstly, please refer to your shipping confirmation email to track the status of your order. Our shipping partners—USPS, FedEx, and UPS—will provide real-time updates on its whereabouts.
Secondly, if the status indicates delivery, please ensure the address provided with your order is accurate. Additionally, check around your residence and inquire with neighbors.
